The Whistleblower Act provides penalties for those who retaliate against anyone reporting misconduct to the OIG.  If you experience retaliation, you may report the incident to OIG.

The Code of Federal Regulations is the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. It is divided into 50 titles that represent broad areas subject to Federal regulation. Each volume of the CFR is updated once each calendar year and is issued on a quarterly basis.

The Cabinet for Health And Family Services' Office of Inspector General is Kentucky's regulatory agency for licensing all health care facilities, day cares, long-term care facilities, and child adoption/child-placing agencies in the commonwealth.

The Transportation Cabinet Office of Inspector General is responsible for promoting integrity, accountability, and efficiency within the Transportation Cabinet.
